Hopes and Rebirth

by Nana Bee

In these difficult times, I began to doubt whether I could make more contributions to society. For years, I didn’t think I had done anything of great value. I thought I was “just a writer of romantic stories,  and years later, I realized that it was the wrong cognition. When some netizens found out who I was and the books I wrote, they were surprised. “I’ve read the book you wrote! ” More people are also keen to find out what stories I wrote. These readers will tell me that they are not only entertained by my works, but also get the information I put in my works. They are eager to tell me how valuable the inspiration is to them. It was then that I realized that I wasn’t just a “novelist”. I contribute some thoughts and valuable suggestions to people’s life. As an industry professional, it’s very important to understand this point. Especially now we are facing a global epidemic. This kind of self-awareness is also very important to help people.

As a writer and art curator, some of the activities I have had and held have brought some positive vitality to the society, and now they are forced to stop, making any event a dream. However, this dream can still be carried out in the Internet world, so that contemporary art can continually move forward.

Nowadays, not only do I have such cognition and ideas, but also cultural creators engaged in contemporary art all over the world are trying to do such things. Through the Internet, we can see all kinds of artists, who have not stopped creating. Through various online platforms, we can continue to transmit this creative energy and love for life. Artists understand the importance of themselves in such a difficult situation. Art is the driving force of hope for rebirth.

Our collection of works in showcase is a tribute to all art creators. Because I believe that artistic creation is not only a personal expression, but also an important part of promoting human civilization. When sharing with friends around the world, it is an eternal happiness!
